This impressive building was completed in October 2016 and is furnished with roller blinds throughout its 441 units. As part of the architect’s specifications, all the roller blinds were required to be made out of 45mm head rail.

Fabrics selected have been a mixture of Sunscreens for living areas and Blockout fabrics for bedrooms.

Bricos fire-retarded Blockout fabric has been selected for the bedrooms and Corrida fire-retarded Blackouts for the living areas.

Due to its many acute angles, every blind in this building has been custom-made to properly fit every angle of every window.
