No Bull Blinds is expanding and we need your Help.

We are a manufacturer and retailer of window furnishings based in NSW. We have been rapidly growing over the last five years and have a raft of positions for the taking.

Our admin team work out of our office in Artarmon, and we currently have three openings in the team with options for Full-time, Part-time positions.

Manufacturing – A fast-paced environment in our Factory in Rydlemere, with varied tasks and positions available. Full-time, Part-time, casual roles available.

Field Staff – We have 6 full-time installer positions available for individuals with some experience with tools and/or customer service experience. Our 4 Installer Assistant positions are a great way to learn and gain the experience and knowledge to become full-fledged installers.

Field Staff Support Officer –  This role is a mixture of proactive and reactive tasks in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Blind Installers/Quoters

 in  in  

You will be measuring and installing manual and motorised blinds, shutters and curtains and dealing with a variety of residential and commercial customers across the Sydney Metro area.

Core duties include

  • Travelling to customer sites in and around Sydney.
  • Providing advice and recommendations to residential and commercial clients
  • Measuring up and quoting blinds
  • Installing blinds and removing old blinds where required

Skills and requirements

  • Charismatic with strong customer service skills
  • Motivated and able to work autonomously and occasionally in small teams
  • High attention to detail
  • Current drivers licence
  • Current police check (or able to get one)
  • Trade experience is highly desirable but not essential

 

Administration/Customer Service

We are looking for an Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This role will require you to build and maintain relationships with our clients to ensure they are receiving the highest quality service.

This is a busy, diverse role where your responsibilities will include:

  •  Scheduling appointments for installations
  •  Accepting orders/quotes & amending these when required
  •  Provide an excellent level of service to our customers
  •  General office management

About you

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills both written and orally
  • Valid working rights for Australia is essential
  • Fluent in English
  • High attention to detail

 

 

INSTALLER ASSISTANT

You will be working with our lead installers to help install larger and more difficult jobs such as motorised blinds, shutters, curtains etc. You will be dealing with a variety of residential and commercial customers across the Sydney Metro area. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

General Manufacturing Positions

We have a number of manufacturing roles available and are looking for a number of dedicated hard working individuals who are able to work consistently and effectively to join our team. Day shifts on various days are available.

  • Assembling and packaging blinds
  • Updating order information in our system
  • Inspecting and Quality Assuring work
  • Performing nightly reconciles
